6- Accreditation by the national federation if any (will speed the process if the national federation is a member country)

7- Physical training syllabi

8- Theoretical training Syllabi

9- Course structure class by class, for both theory and practical session, on excel sheet mentioning the hours of each class (AYSF doesn’t accept any other format)

10- credentials of instructors (main master and owner of the course and advanced teachers and assistant)

11- ownership of the course materials by the Master of the Course , or the lineages curriculum along with supportive document to be able to teach the mentioned curriculum.
